These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute the entire and binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and nabji (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the nabji website located at nabji.vip, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, all associated gaming and betting services, payment processing functions, bonus and promotional programmes, customer support services, and any other feature or content made available by nabji to registered account holders (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the nabji account registration process, depositing funds, accessing any game or sports betting market, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the nabji platform or any of its Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair play and transparent platform governance applicable to online gaming services. nabji operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the nabji Services is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

nabji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified by email to the address associated with their nabji account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The most current version of these Terms is always available at nabji.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active nabji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Services for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of nabji or any of nabji's game or payment technology providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the nabji platform or any other gambling platform under an active exclusion arrangement.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or advised by a medical professional to abstain from gambling activities.
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on nabji are your own legitimately obtained personal funds and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.
• You are registering for and using a single nabji account only — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

nabji conducts age and identity verification as a standard part of the account activation and first-withdrawal processes. Players will be required to provide government-issued identification documents confirming their full name and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time frame specified in nabji's verification request will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

If nabji has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age — based on information provided during registration, during a payment transaction, or reported by a third party — nabji will suspend the account immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the Player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be returned to the originating payment method, and no winnings generated during the period of use will be paid.

nabji strongly encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software if their devices are accessible to minors. The nabji platform does not include content appropriate for persons under 18 and is not designed, marketed, or promoted towards minors in any way.

Each eligible person may hold exactly one (1) nabji account. Registering, attempting to register, or operating more than one nabji account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. nabji reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nabji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nabji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact nabji support at [email protected] immediately.

nabji reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time where nabji determines in good faith that the Player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

All account communications from nabji — including verification requests, bonus notifications, transaction confirmations, and Terms & Conditions update notices — will be sent to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep this email address current and to monitor it for important account communications.

nabji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and conventional bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Rocket), and Sonali Bank. All transactions on nabji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nabji does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or via cryptocurrency.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. nabji will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the sole account holder, or anonymous payment sources. Deposits found to originate from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the associated nabji account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. nabji may request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously completed a verified withdrawal, if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds, or if the account shows patterns consistent with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

nabji does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — bKash, Nagad, your bank — may apply their own transaction fees independently of nabji. nabji has no control over third-party payment provider fee structures and is not responsible for any fees they apply.

Withdrawals of winnings derived entirely or in part from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus under which those winnings were generated. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the withdrawal request being declined and the bonus credits being voided.

nabji offers a daily emerald bonus and other rotating promotional offers to eligible registered account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the opt-in stage — including the wagering requirement, eligible games or betting markets, maximum bonus amount, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry period — and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Bonuses are awarded as non-withdrawable bonus credits. They cannot be transferred, cashed out directly, or combined with real-money funds in your account balance. Bonus credits wager separately from real-money funds according to nabji's posted wagering contribution rates by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage — the exact contribution rate for each game or market is displayed in the bonus terms at opt-in.

The daily emerald bonus resets every 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). To claim the daily emerald bonus, you must opt in via the promotions panel in your nabji account dashboard before making the qualifying deposit on that calendar day. Deposits made before opting in are not retroactively eligible for the daily bonus. Opt-in is a deliberate design choice that ensures Players consciously accept the bonus terms before their deposit is committed.

• Each Player may claim each nabji promotion once per promotional period unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• nabji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts, using prohibited betting strategies to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to generate artificial wagering volume — results in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. A Player who chooses to close their nabji account while holding uncompleted bonus credits forfeits those credits without compensation.
• nabji's support team can clarify the terms of any active bonus on your account at any time. Contact [email protected] with your account username and the promotion name.

As a registered nabji account holder, you agree to use the Platform and Services lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, triggering nabji's right to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit any balance it holds:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification or payment process; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one nabji account, whether in your own name or under a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Employing any strategy, system, or arrangement designed to exploit nabji's bonus terms, including collusion, chip dumping in live casino, low-risk arbitrage wagering solely to clear bonus requirements, or any other method that generates wagering volume without genuine risk of loss.
• Match Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing any bet — on the nabji platform or any other platform — on the outcome of a sports fixture or gaming event that you have any ability to influence or have foreknowledge of through improper means.
• Malicious Technical Conduct: Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any software that interacts with the nabji platform without human input; attempting to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the nabji platform's code or security infrastructure; performing denial-of-service attacks.
• Money Laundering: Using the nabji platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner consistent with money laundering.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct toward nabji staff, support agents, or other players.

nabji cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in relation to investigations of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, and other criminal conduct. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law or in response to a valid legal process.

nabji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where nabji determines in good faith that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, that the account holder's identity or eligibility cannot be verified, or that maintaining the account poses a risk to the safety of other players or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, nabji will notify the account holder by email within 48 hours, stating the reason for the suspension and the information or documents required to resolve it. If the account holder provides the required information and the investigation concludes in the account holder's favour, the account will be reinstated promptly and any withheld funds will be released.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be treated as follows: if the breach did not involve fraud or criminal conduct, the remaining balance will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses subject to forfeiture; if the breach involved fraud, multi-accounting for bonus abuse, money laundering, or any criminal conduct, nabji reserves the right to withhold the entire balance pending a full investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter and transfer the relevant funds to competent authorities.

Players may voluntarily close their nabji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure — net of any unmet bonus obligations — will be returned to the originating payment method. Players who have activated a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools should note that the self-exclusion enforces account access restriction independently of a formal closure request.

The nabji platform and all its Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While nabji makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free platform availability, nabji does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that all games and betting markets will function without technical errors, or that results displayed in real time will never be subject to correction. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access to the platform or to specific game categories.

To the fullest extent permissible, nabji's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their nabji account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nabji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

nabji is not liable for losses arising from:

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures affecting Bangladesh's national network operators.
• Third-party payment provider delays, outages, or errors — including delays in bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay processing that are outside nabji's operational control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security or to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
• A Player's voluntary decision to continue gambling beyond self-imposed limits that have not been formally activated through nabji's responsible gaming tools.
• Errors in information provided by a Player during registration, payment setup, or identity verification that result in transaction delays or failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nabji's liability for death or personal injury caused by nabji's gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by nabji, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. If any provision of this limitation of liability clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full.

Disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of the nabji Services should be directed in the first instance to nabji's customer support team at [email protected]. nabji commits to responding to formal dispute communications within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) with a substantive written response.
